O’Rielly Insurance is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to join our experienced team in Tucson.

For more than 102 years, O’Rielly has been part of the Tucson community. Our independent insurance agency represents 16 prominent insurance carriers and specializes in both personal and commercial lines.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Producer, you will:

• Generate, quote, and bind new personal and commercial insurance business.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve individual sales and production goals that contribute to agency growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that generates referrals and strengthens client retention.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and expand customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures.
• Comply with Arizona insurance regulations and insurance carrier requirements.
• Represent the O’Rielly brand and uphold our commitment to treating customers and coworkers with honesty, respect, and      professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Arizona Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License.
• Previous experience in property and casualty insurance sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Schedule

This is a full-time position.

The position requires the ability to work an 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
