We are seeking a strong Account Director for the Media team at MikeWorldWide. We are looking for someone with media or advertising agency experience to lead account management, strategy and execution for a major client, optimizing high-impact digital (and occasionally linear) campaigns across programmatic buying platforms. Acting as the primary client liaison, you’ll drive day-to-day campaign performance and strategy, partner with creative to ensure production deliverables are met, and ensure alignment with key objectives.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong, collaborative relationships while positioning the agency as a trusted advisor.
· Oversee comprehensive account management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations, KPIs, and brand guidelines.
· Lead internal and external team coordination to streamline communication and ensure all project deliverables are met.
· Proactively review and adapt client strategies, communicating insights and adjustments to stakeholders.
· Establish processes for monitoring and reporting campaign performance, delivering transparency and actionable insights to clients.
· Conduct regular client check-ins and business reviews to address progress, resolve issues, and discuss future strategies.
· Collaborate with creative in ensuring smooth production from concept to launch, ensuring creative alignment, quality control, and technical specifications.
· Facilitate feedback between clients and creative teams, managing revisions to meet client standards efficiently.
· Implement efficient workflows across teams to optimize production timelines and campaign execution.
· Identify and escalate client satisfaction risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address challenges.
· Manage budgets strategically to stay within constraints while maximizing ROI and aligning with financial goals.
· Develop and present strategic updates, campaign results, and new initiatives with clarity and actionable insights.
· Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring long-term alignment of client and agency expectations.
· Drive knowledge sharing across teams based on client feedback and campaign insights to enhance future strategies.
- 8-10 years of experience, preferably at an agency or in-house, running large-scale media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of ad production, media planning and buying.
- Proven ability to analyze large data sets and apply data-driven methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, especially with a media KPI understanding.
- Deep understanding of B2C marketing (experience in the Energy industry is a plus)
- Knowledge of integrated media planning and digital marketing principles.
