Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and help the parts drivers in the morning load the trucks
• Return parts, file damage claims and complete core credits
• Take return parts back to each stock room, ensuring it has a location
• Move cores to the cores area
• Assist customers who are looking for a credit of a returned part
• File damage claims & ensure we received the money back from the manufacture 
• Pull obsolete parts to send back to manufacture or scrap them
• Prepare shipments for cores or returns
• Cleaning up the cardboard & the work area and ensuring the walkway is clean and free of debris
• Handling cores with customers making sure they are returned correctly
• Maintain professional appearance
• Other tasks as assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director, or other managers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Tech savvy and comfortable with computers
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred
• Great work ethic with and ability to work on a team
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Current and valid driver's license
