We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Mold Maintenance Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and protection of fiberglass molds used in our

manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include covering molds when not in use, properly

taping off molds for production, following best practices for cleaning and applying mold release

wax, and performing basic maintenance tasks. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in

maintaining high-quality standards in our production process.

Responsibilities:

? Cover molds when not in use and properly tape off molds for production.

? Clean molds thoroughly after each use and apply mold release wax to ensure optimal

surface quality.

? Inspect molds for minor damage and perform basic repairs as needed. (training will be

provided)

? Learn advanced mold maintenance and repair techniques under guidance.

? Follow all safety protocols and handle chemicals, tools, and molds safely.

? Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely production cycles.

Requirements:

? Willingness to Learn: Openness to ongoing training in mold maintenance and repair

techniques.

? Attention to Detail: Ability to inspect molds and perform maintenance tasks with

precision.

? Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred, but not

required.

? Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving

bending, reaching, and lifting.

? Safety Awareness: Knowledge of or willingness to learn safety practices for working

with molds, chemicals, and tools.
