Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Identify and present solutions and upgrades to customers, leveraging strong sales skills to drive revenue
• Build long-term customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-up
• Collaborate with management to develop division standards and best practices
• Work with other departments to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, on-call rotating schedule, weekends as needed
• Full-time, in-person
• 8-12 hour shifts, depending on customer demand

 Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience (residential/light commercial)
• Own basic hand tools; major tools and equipment provided
• EPA certification preferred
• Demonstrated ability to sell and close service or system upgrades
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to contribute to a growing division
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction
