Job Title: Banquet Bartender

Reports To: Director of Catering/Banquet Manager

Position Description: Provide exceptional bar service to members and guests during club functions, sporting events, and private parties. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and ensuring compliance with liquor laws and health regulations.

Benefits: The position is full-time, with a rate between $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set-up of bars at beginning of shift
• Mix and serve drinks to order
• Maintain alcohol certification
• Prepare drinks for waiter/waitress to serve to members and guests
• Responsible for alerting supervisor to potential problems with underage drinking or over consumption of alcohol
• Address members and guests with friendly and courteous attitudes at all times
• Maintain bars cleanliness throughout function
• Responsible for the safe return of all liquor, wine, beer, etc., to Liquor Room
• Responsible for cleaning and break down of portable bars
