SERVICE MANAGER

commitment to culture. We are looking for a hands-on Service Manager to help us lead & grow!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive daily operations including the kitchen, dining room, bar, and host stand.
  • Engage with guests. Receive feedback and comments to understand areas of opportunity and strengths.
  • Create an environment that is safe, warm, and welcoming for all guests and team members.
  • Monitor and coach team members on performance and compliance. Train and develop team members to their highest potential.
  • Evaluate work procedures and identify methods for increasing efficacy or productivity.
  • Write weekly work schedules to accommodate team members and sales volumes.
  • Recruit and interview applicants, hire and onboard new team members.
  • Conducts cash drops, reviews credit card totals, and verifies deposit slips.
  • Completes all required reports and paperwork accurately and on time.

Requirements


  • Previous supervisory and/or hospitality industry experience required.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability. Must be able to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
  • Must be approachable and have good leadership skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds (including trash bags).
  • Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
  • Work with hot, cold, and/or hazardous materials and equipment.
  • A valid driver's license, proof of insurance and non-slip shoes are required.
