As a Shuttle Driver, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. From providing safe and reliable transportation throughout the resort to sharing a friendly conversation along the way, you'll help make every ride a positive part of their stay.

We're looking for friendly, dependable, energetic individuals who enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent guest service.

Schedule & Perks

Position: Part-Time

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – Close

What You'll Do

• Safely transport guests between designated locations throughout Breezy Point Resort.
• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, courteous service throughout each ride.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the shuttle when needed.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest transportation requests.
• Create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere by engaging with passengers and answering general resort questions.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming shuttle interior and exterior.
• Perform routine pre-trip vehicle inspections, including checking for visible damage, tire condition and pressure, and fluid levels.
• Refuel vehicles as needed and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist the Inn and Suites teams with additional tasks as needed.
• Follow resort policies, safe driving practices, and applicable transportation regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to complete a DOT medical examination and obtain the required medical certification to operate resort shuttles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a strong focus on safety.
• Ability to interact positively with guests and coworkers from a variety of backgrounds.
• Willingness to complete a background screening as part of the hiring process.
