Job Description


  • Greet students in the office area
  • Review and edit documents
  • Makes copies
  • Prep work for events and meeting
  •  Identify items for Social media posting (with Marketing and Communications)
  • Serve as host at professional development events
  • Schedule student success sessions

Qualifications:

  •   Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality (must be FERPA trained after hire)
  •   Be engaged in all training and meetings through active listening, participation, positive communication through proper body      language, and/or note-taking
  •    Demonstrate and model professionalism, punctuality, reliability, responsibility, excellent interpersonal communications skills, and other academic skills.
  •  Social Media Savvy
  •  Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills

Physical Requirements: Required to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up-to 25 pounds.
