We are seeking an experienced Chrysler Jeep Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.

- Provide detailed information about Chrysler and Jeep models, features, and financing options.

- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of inventory and stay updated on new models and promotions.

- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

 

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with Chrysler and Jeep brands.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Must be organized and detail-oriented

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
