Lemon Bay Golf Club is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Part Time Food & Beverage Server to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional, personalized service to our members and their guests in a welcoming private club environment.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in creating an outstanding dining experience. Previous serving or bartending experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional food and beverage service to members and their guests
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Learn daily menu offerings, specials, and beverage selections
• Set up, clear, clean, and reset tables
• Safely carry trays of food and beverages
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining, Grill Room, bar, and counter areas
• Open, close, and reconcile the cash register as assigned
• Assist with stocking supplies and inventory
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving tables, chairs, and other furniture
• Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth service and member satisfaction
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
• Complete opening and closing duties, including securing designated front- and back-of-house areas
• Ensure work areas are clean, stocked, and ready for the next shift
• Perform other related duties as needed to support Food & Beverage operations 

Position Details

• Part-Time Position
• Schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on Club needs
• Training is available for the right candidate

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and member-focused attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and carry trays, supplies, and event equipment
• Reliable transportation
• POS system experience preferred
• Previous serving and/or bartending experience is a plus, but not required
• Current Food Handler Certificate preferred; training will be provided if needed
