Dr. Katrina Foster-Sweet is a highly skilled orthodontist with a strong commitment to helping patients achieve radiant, perfectly aligned smiles. Her approach focuses on enhancing self-esteem and overall health while providing personalized care for each patient. With extensive expertise in Orthodontics and Orthognathic procedures, Dr. Foster-Sweet is particularly passionate about early intervention, recognizing and addressing orthodontic concerns in children as young as seven to prevent long-term issues.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist Dr. Foster-Sweet during dental and orthodontic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments following infection control protocols
- Take and process dental X-rays accurately and safely
- Provide chairside assistance and ensure patient comfort
- Educate patients on oral hygiene & post-treatment care
- Keep accurate patient records following HIPAA regulations
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized treatment area

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of orthodontic dental assisting experience required
- Coronal polishing certification preferred
- Familiarity with Dentrix or other dental software preferred
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills – team-oriented mindset
- Part Time or Full Time available
- Ability to travel to sister location in Hyde Park up to 3x a month
