Responsibilities:

Customer Communication:

  • Communicate with customers in a way that fosters trust and empathy
  • Be the positive interaction that changes a potentially unhappy customer into a customer that respects and trusts Ambia

Retention Effort Coordination:

  • Coordinate effectively with other departments that play a part in retaining a customer
  • Communicate effectively via text, email, phone calls, and internal chats

Process Improvement:

  • Identify trends and best practices related to customer retention
  • Create and test new strategies aimed at increasing customer retention
  • Collect feedback from customers and other departments related to customer retention

 Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer retention, advanced customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Creative mindset with the ability to find solutions to a wide range of customer set backs.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues proactively.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
