Technology Services Technician – Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Provide front line contact support and management of support requests and client needs.
  • Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
  • Deploy new hardware and software as needed based on the standards developed.
  • Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
  • Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation for support needs.

Requirements

Technology Services Technician - Skills and Requirements: 

  • Associate degree in a computer science-related field from a U.S. accredited college or university, or a minimum of two years Desktop Service experience. Three years of experience is preferred.
  • CAD drafting or design software experience is a plus. 
  • Applicable U.S. based work experience.
