Technology Services Technician – Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide front line contact support and management of support requests and client needs.
- Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
- Deploy new hardware and software as needed based on the standards developed.
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
- Participate in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation for support needs.

Technology Services Technician - Skills and Requirements:
- Associate degree in a computer science-related field from a U.S. accredited college or university, or a minimum of two years Desktop Service experience. Three years of experience is preferred.
- CAD drafting or design software experience is a plus.
- Applicable U.S. based work experience.
