Description

Interact with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. Responsible for identifying customer needs and ensuring customers have a positive experience from start to finish. 

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • First point of contact between CCP and it's customers.
  • Explain features and benefits of products and services to customers.
  • Identify and contact prospective customers through networking, trade shows, and lead generation strategies to build sales pipeline.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the value of the proposed manufacturing service and product.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract details with customers to secure profitable sales.
  • Prepare sales contracts and ensure accurate order details (pricing, fulfillment, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, market indicators to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategy as needed.
  • Track sales performance, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop in-depth product and process knowledge to answer customer questions and address technical concerns. 
  • Processing all sales transactions (quote, negotiation, purchase order, etc.).
  • Provide "after-sale" services.
  • Perform other general sales duties as assigned.


Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in the plastics industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiating abilities.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of process, products, and industry.
  • Relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Travel flexibility.
