As a Bilingual Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in helping customers find the right vehicle while providing top-tier service. You will:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect vehicle.
- Showcase vehicle features & benefits through test drives and expert demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals with confidence and professionalism.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, manufacturer certifications, and industry trends.
- Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up effectively. Proficiency with Tekion, K-Dealer, Drive Centric, and other related systems is a plus!
- 2+ years of proven experience in automotive sales (or a related sales field).
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Weekend availability required; the schedule is rotative.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, smartphones, and digital sales tools.
- Self-motivated & goal-oriented – You thrive on closing deals and exceeding targets.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no Type A violations, such as DUI, reckless driving, or hit-and-run offenses). A motor vehicle report (MVR) will be required upon hiring.
