Description

A property management company is seeking an administrative assistant. The following duties include:

  • Answering all incoming calls and directed them to the correct personnel.
  • Set appointments for potential clients to view apartments. 
  • Organize activities with vendors for tenants.
  • Assist residents with needs.
  • Track monthly calendar
  • Assist manager with any other daily needs as requested.

  • 1 year of Customer Service and Sales Experience 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent 
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Strong Filing, Computer and organization skills
