About Us:

At Napa, we pride ourselves on offering a sophisticated dining experience with a focus on fine wines and excellent cuisine.  We have opened our third location in the Carolinas within Exchange Glenwood Place and we're looking for a team of dynamic and enthusiastic bartenders to help create memorable experiences for our guests.

What You'll Do:

· Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, custom creations, and an extensive selection of fine wines.

· Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

· Educate guests on our wine offerings, making recommendations and sharing your passion for wine.

· Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in top condition.

· Collaborate with our team to develop new drink recipes and improve our beverage menu.

What We're Looking For:

· A passion for wine and a deep knowledge of different varieties and regions.

· Experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.

Bartender Job Requirements:

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• A bartending certificate is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
