JOB OVERVIEW

Operate equipment for routine tasks as instructed and perform routine manual labor or

related work as required.

This is a seasonal position available from July to December 2025. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Mow greens, tees, fairways and roughs. 
2. Rake and edge sand bunkers.
3. Change cups and pin locations, while re-locating tee markers.
4. Hand water greens and tees.
5. Weed eat and weed flower beds.
6. Dig holes and trenches.
7. Rake, blow and pick-up leaves.
8. Empty trash and clean work areas.
9. Assist with irrigation maintenance.
10. Assist with snow removal.
11. Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work outdoors in the field approximately 90% of the time and indoors 10% of the time.

Required to work independently on tasks approximately 70% of the work day, while

working with co-workers on various projects 30% of the time. 

Essential

1. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, weekends and nights if needed.
2. Ability to learn how to operate golf course maintenance equipment.
3. Ability to follow instructions.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

1. Previous golf course maintenance experience.
2. Knowledge of the game of golf.
