We're looking for a driven, people-focused Dual Assistant General Manager to help lead two vibrant select-service hotels—SpringHill Suites and Tru by Hilton—in Goodyear, Arizona. In this key leadership role, you’ll support the General Manager in running both properties, each with its own unique vibe. You'll balance consistency and innovation, champion daily operations, and keep your teams aligned, energized, and delivering at a high level. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll be instrumental in achieving operational excellence. In this role, you will:

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services to housekeeping and food & beverage.
  • Lead and motivate department heads to achieve their goals, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and expense control.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolving issues and enhancing the overall guest experience.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing a talented and engaged team.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for hospitality. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience with Marriott's FOSSE & Hilton's PEP PMS systems along with the brand's other operational systems
  • At least 3 years of hotel management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest & associate experiences.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
