What You’ll Do

  • Lead engaging aqua aerobics classes, providing clear instructions, demonstrations, and motivational support.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that promotes fitness and water safety.
  • Arrive prepared and ready to start class on time, staying available before and after to answer participant questions.
  • Build positive relationships with members, offering encouragement and guidance.
  • Ensure emergency procedures and safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Maintain accurate class records, including participant progress and incident reports when necessary.
  • Keep class equipment organized and report any damaged equipment to the supervisor.


Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and First Aid certification.
  • Strong sense of patience, enthusiasm, and responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Solid understanding of swimming fundamentals and ability to demonstrate skills.

Salary Description
$20.00-$30.00/hourly
