MDaudit Enterprise, our flagship revenue integrity software platform, enables organizations to reduce compliance risk, risk monitoring, and built-in analytics and benchmarking capabilities while maximizing revenue – all in a single, integrated cloud-based platform. We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. We are a completely remote company!
The Sales Development Representative’s (SDR) primary responsibility is to generate leads and opportunities for the sales team. This individual will call into new accounts, determine decision makers and schedule follow up meetings for the Enterprise Sales Directors (ESDs). The SDR will target healthcare organizations through our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and other industry lists provided by our sales and management team for the purpose of securing contracts which will generate revenue.
The SDR also works on targeted outreach campaigns and qualifies marketing leads into sales leads. Works closely with sales team to set up appointments for qualified prospects and monitor lead status. This position will be responsible for administrative tasks which relates to sales generation. The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in the company’s success and take great pride in seeing the results of their work in closed contracts.
Minimal travel is required to participate in trade shows, company meetings and other activities related to this role.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Promotes and improves visibility and reputation of MDaudit.
- Develops targeted messaging and campaigns for unique buyer personas
- Initiates and pursues engagements which lead to the development of new sales
- Develop and manage sales activities and opportunities and distributes to appropriate sales territory
- Sales support – drives engagement to webinars, events, dinners
- Updates Salesforce.com based on daily calls and prospective client activity
Follows up on leads provided by sales team, marketing and business unit owners
- Contacts, qualifies and manages marketing leads from demand generation activities
- Appropriately responds to delegated prospective client inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
- Develops call lists based on CRM (salesforce.com, Salesloft and HubSpot) reports, and/or other leads provided by MDaudit employees
- Assigns, tracks and follows-up on leads
- Perform follow up contact by email and/or phone
- Provides intelligence to MDaudit regarding perspective clients and documents in SF
- Creates tickler file for future follow-up for prospects not ready to buy
- Communicates by phone with prospective clients at least six hours per day
- Work closely with all campaign stakeholders and Managers on specified campaigns to analyze performance and assess success / build contingency plan for lower than expected results.
Assists sales team in preparing sales presentations and contracts for clients
- Develops opportunities and manages the sales process for smaller accounts
- Monitors SDR dashboard to measure success, qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales rep
- Prepares and presents monthly reports for leadership on activity and metrics
REQUIRED SKILLS
The Sales Development Representative must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive, friendly demeanor at all times while representing MDaudit. This individual must have solid experience in oral and written communication. The SDR must have the ability to overcome objections. This individual must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in all MS Office applications and CRM preferably salesforce.com is required. Must be coachable and open to receiving and acting on feedback to improve results.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE and Other Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2 years experience in sales development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to talk cohesively to C-Suite and other management prospects
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite programs (predominantly Word and PowerPoint). Experience with SharePoint a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
