Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare advanced income tax returns for individuals, trusts and business entities;
• Review income tax returns prepared by tax associates for individuals, trusts, and various business entities;
• Mentor tax preparers through the review process;
• Research complex tax issues and prepare summaries and recommendations;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

· BA degree in Accounting, finance or business;

• Minimum of 3 years tax preparation experience (preferebly in public accounting) 

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;

· Experience with business entity income tax issues (planning, structure, taxation, etc);

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;

· Willingness to learn.
