As a Project Coordinator in our Production Department, you will report directly to the Coordinator Manager and work daily with Project Managers. Please note: This is an office position and not a field position.

What You're Responsible For:

• Strategically scheduling projects to meet revenue goals
• Collaborate with Project Managers to receive all information needed to update budgets/job costing and sub-contractor pay
• Providing Excellent Customer Service by facilitating effective communication to ensure everyone is informed of project progress
• Coordinate & allocate resources to resolve issues proactively and as they arise
• Closing project documents including final photo documents, lien waivers and invoices
• Contributing to future project planning and estimating
• Communication with all team members in person as well as via text, phone, and email daily
• Work closing with the Production Manager and Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate input of all information (ie: notes, budgets, completion dates, etc)
• Remain flexible with new projects and come up with new ideas on how to make our processes better.

Requirements:

• Be able to pass a drug test; be open to background checks.
• Minimum 5 years customer service or office management experience
• Minimum 3 years roofing industry (or construction) related experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong time management and problem-solving skills
• High Level of Attention to detail & organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and be willing to learn new computer software programs.
• Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
• Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers with a high level of emotional intelligence
