The Role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington with experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment to help lead and grow our assessment and training programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys clinical work, teaching, and mentorship, and wants meaningful influence in a growing program.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments with children and adolescents
  • Supervise and mentor pre-doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows
  • Collaborate with the Assessment Director on training and program development
  • Participate in intern and fellow recruitment and academic outreach
  • Maintain high standards for documentation, ethics, and clinical care

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Licensed psychologist in the state of Washington 
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed psychologist
  • Experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment
  • Interest in supervision, teaching, and training leadership
  • Collaborative, organized, and growth-minded
  • Available for on-site work in Issaquah, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Experience with APPIC training sites, APA accreditation, or interest in board certification is a plus, not a requirement.
