The Role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Washington with experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment to help lead and grow our assessment and training programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys clinical work, teaching, and mentorship, and wants meaningful influence in a growing program.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments with children and adolescents
- Supervise and mentor pre-doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows
- Collaborate with the Assessment Director on training and program development
- Participate in intern and fellow recruitment and academic outreach
- Maintain high standards for documentation, ethics, and clinical care

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program
- Licensed psychologist in the state of Washington
- Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed psychologist
- Experience in pediatric psychological or neuropsychological assessment
- Interest in supervision, teaching, and training leadership
- Collaborative, organized, and growth-minded
- Available for on-site work in Issaquah, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
