You Shouldn’t Apply If:

  • You aren't comfortable discussing product options or maintenance agreements with customers.
  • You prefer a "lone wolf" style that ignores instructions from dispatch or supervisors.

Your Daily Mission:

  • The On-Site Pro: Arrive at scheduled appointments in Champaign to perform comprehensive system maintenance and high-quality filter changes.
  • Customer Education: Inform homeowners about planned maintenance agreements and additional products that can make their world a better place.
  • Skill Development: Work toward mastering electrical refrigeration principles, blueprint reading, and even basic generator maintenance.
  • Precision Reporting: Complete all service forms properly and communicate clearly with dispatch to keep the day running smoothly.
  • Safety First: Operate your company vehicle safely and use tools/ladders with a focus on "Zero Accidents" standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • The Experience: Minimum of 6 months HVAC service experience (completion of a training program is a huge plus!).
  • The Credentials: EPA Certified (or ready to get it within 3 months) and a valid driver's license.
  • The Hustle: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle the physical demands of bending, crawling, and climbing in varied weather.
  • The Drive: A commitment to passing drug and background screens and a hunger for continuous professional development.

Salary Description
