Your Daily Mission:
- The On-Site Pro: Arrive at scheduled appointments in Champaign to perform comprehensive system maintenance and high-quality filter changes.
- Customer Education: Inform homeowners about planned maintenance agreements and additional products that can make their world a better place.
- Skill Development: Work toward mastering electrical refrigeration principles, blueprint reading, and even basic generator maintenance.
- Precision Reporting: Complete all service forms properly and communicate clearly with dispatch to keep the day running smoothly.
- Safety First: Operate your company vehicle safely and use tools/ladders with a focus on "Zero Accidents" standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
- The Experience: Minimum of 6 months HVAC service experience (completion of a training program is a huge plus!).
- The Credentials: EPA Certified (or ready to get it within 3 months) and a valid driver's license.
- The Hustle: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle the physical demands of bending, crawling, and climbing in varied weather.
- The Drive: A commitment to passing drug and background screens and a hunger for continuous professional development.
