LPN – Senior Living Facility

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to senior residents during daytime shifts
- Conduct timely assessments and monitor residents’ health status
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and update care plans
- Respond promptly to changes in residents’ conditions and escalate concerns as needed
- Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans
- Document all care activities accurately and maintain detailed medical records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience in senior or long-term care nursing preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent resident care
- Knowledge of medication management and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work 12-hour daytime shifts
