Overview:
We are a growing mortgage team looking for an organized, detail-driven Operations Coordinator / Loan Officer Assistant to help keep our loans — and clients — on track from application to closing. If you love checklists, staying one step ahead, and making complex things run smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
This role supports a Senior Mortgage Banker and is critical to ensuring an efficient, well-communicated, and smooth client experience. You will manage files, coordinate communication, and help improve workflows and systems. Mortgage experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage loan files from pre-approval through closing
- Gather, organize, and upload client documents in Encompass
- Prepare disclosures and assist with running DU/LP
- Follow up with clients, realtors, and team members via phone, email, and text
- Support marketing efforts using tools like Total Expert
- Improve workflows and help create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate internal operations and occasional business events
What We are Looking For:
- Must live within commuting distance of Chesterfield, MO (in-office required)
- Incredibly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Strong communication skills — professional, friendly, and clear
- Comfortable learning new software and digital tools
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mortgage experience required
