Job Title: RN/LPN - Weekend Night Shift

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend night shifts. This position offers a unique opportunity to work 24 hours while being compensated for 30 hours of work. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients during weekend night shifts

- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Current RN or LPN license in good standing

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and work schedules

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
