About the Role

We’re hiring a high-performing Dealer Services Agent to own the Birmingham, Alabama market. This is a home-office-based, remote position, but you must live locally to support face-to-face dealership visits.

You’ll work with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury dealers to sell top-tier F&I products, build trusted partnerships, and close high-volume deals weekly. If you're driven, autonomous, and ready to control your income, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Sell F&I products to auto dealerships across the Birmingham area.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with GMs, F&I directors, dealer principals, and key decision-makers.
• Consistently close 10–12 deals per week using consultative sales techniques and menu-based selling.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while expanding your dealer network.
• Operate independently while hitting growth and performance goals—no micromanagement here.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in F&I, dealership sales, or automotive operations (franchise or independent experience preferred).
• A strong track record of closing deals and delivering high PVR.
• Deep knowledge of dealer finance, F&I product offerings, and lender relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—motivated, organized, and self-driven.
• Competitive, resilient, and comfortable with high-stakes, performance-based work.
• Must be based in or near Birmingham, AL, with ability to travel within the region.

Compensation & Career Path

This is a W-2 employee role (not 1099), with full benefits and long-term career opportunities.

• $5,000/month base during your first 90 days (ramp-up period)
• 100% commission after ramp
• Top performers earn $100K–$150K+ annually
