About the Role

We’re hiring a high-performing Dealer Services Agent to own the Lexington, Kentucky market. This is a remote, home-office-based role, but you must live in the area to support in-person dealership visits and territory growth.


You’ll build relationships with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury dealers, sell top-tier F&I products, and consistently close high-volume deals. If you’ve got dealership chops, love autonomy, and are ready to scale your income—this is your lane.


What You’ll Do

  • Sell F&I products to franchise, independent, and luxury/highline dealerships in the Lexington area.
  • Build relationships with dealer principals, GMs, finance directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Consistently close 10–12 deals per week using menu-based selling and consultative sales strategies.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to signed agreements—while growing your dealer base.
  • Operate independently with clear goals and full support—no micromanagement.
Requirements

 What You Bring

  • 5+ years in F&I, dealership operations, or automotive sales (franchise or independent preferred). 
  • Proven success in high-volume closings and strong per-vehicle profitability (PVR).
  • Expertise in F&I products, dealership finance, and lender relations.
  • Entrepreneurial drive: self-starter who can prospect, close, and expand accounts on your own. 
  • Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable in a performance-based sales environment. 
  • Must reside in or near Lexington, KY, with ability to travel regionally.

Compensation & Career Growth


This is a W-2 employee role (not 1099), with full benefits and long-term opportunity.

  • $5,000/month base for the first 90 days (ramp-up period)
  • 100% commission thereafter
  • Top performers earn $100K–$150K+ annually
