About the Role

We’re hiring a high-performing Dealer Services Agent to grow and manage the Indianapolis territory. This is a remote, home-office-based position—but you must reside in the area to support regular on-site dealership visits and relationship development.


You’ll work directly with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury dealerships to sell industry-leading F&I products and close high-volume deals. This role is built for automotive professionals who know the dealership world, thrive on performance, and want unlimited earning potential.


What You’ll Do

  • Sell F&I products to dealerships throughout the Indianapolis metro area.
  • Build trusted relationships with dealer principals, GMs, finance directors, and key decision-makers.
  • Close 10–12 deals per week using menu selling, deal structuring, and a consultative approach.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to contract close while expanding your territory.
  • Operate independently and be accountable for performance without micromanagement.
Requirements

 What You Bring

  • 5+ years in F&I, dealership operations, or automotive sales (franchise or independent preferred).
  • Demonstrated success closing high-volume deals with strong per-vehicle profitability (PVR).
  • Solid understanding of F&I products, dealership finance structures, and lender processes.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with strong time management and accountability.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented—thrives in a performance-based role.
  • Must be based in or near Indianapolis, IN, and able to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation & Career Growth


This is a W-2 employee role (not 1099) with full benefits and long-term growth opportunity.

  • $5,000/month base pay during your first 90 days (ramp-up period)
  • 100% commission after ramp
  • Top performers earn $100K–$150K+ annually
  • No cap on earnings—you control your income
