Clinical/Role Responsibilities


We are looking for an OTR with a passion for pediatrics to join our WONDERFUL team of clinicians as we serve the community by delivering the highest quality of care possible. Some of the job functions of this role include:


Executing the highest quality of service through a caring, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor to all clients and families, utilizing evidence-based practice and skills to assess, plan, and implement interventions.


Educate and counsel parents and caregivers on home-carryover strategies to support the child’s communication skills outside of the clinical environment, as well as the importance of attendance to their scheduled therapy appointments.


Conduct Initial Evaluations, Reevaluations, and Treatment sessions, providing required documentation within a timely manner.

Interview Process

We understand that there can be a lot of unknowns when it comes to applying for a new position! To help you feel as prepared as possible, here is a breakdown of what our interview process looks like!

  1. After applying, we will reach out to you to schedule a quick phone call to chat about the role, ask you some initial questions, and just get to know you better! We want to make sure our clinic is the best fit for you and that this role aligns with your personal and professional goals. 
  2. From there, we do cognitive skills assessments with each of our applicants to determine your natural problem solving, teamwork, and attention to detail skills. This is a great way to show off those soft skills!
  3. Your first interview will be in person so we get a chance to get to know you face-to-face, review your professional goals, and give you a tour of our clinic. 
  4. From there, we will do a quick virtual closing interview to go over employment details such as preferred schedule, start date, etc.!
  5. Lastly, we send over a formal offer letter for your review and we get the honor of welcoming you to the Believe team!!!

Requirements

 Educational/Licensure Requirements:

  • Must be licensed as required in the state of Texas
  • New graduates are WELCOME and encouraged to apply!
  • Maintain current CPR certification
  • Strong collaboration skills and motivation to work with people at all levels
  • Candidates must be willing and eager to work with adult and pediatric populations.
