Description

  

Under minimal supervision of the Logistics Manager, receive, store, ship, and pick inventory, parts, and other equipment. Access, view, and update NetSuite and IntelliTrack to process orders, RMAs, and shipments. Maintain inventory integrity and train new Warehouse associates as needed. Be an advocate for warehouse systems use and promote consistent processes and procedures in support of inventory accuracy. 


Duties & Responsibilities

· Support Logistics and Service Managers with daily administrative tasks.

· Assist with the receipt, shipment, and picking/restocking of parts, equipment, and other materials.

· Process rental returns and manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) accurately and in accordance with SLAs.

· Ensure all inbound deliveries and outbound shipments are processed on time—meeting all deadlines.

· Make appropriate corrections to RMAs, receipts, transfers, and shipments when needed, according to established procedures.

· Enforce compliance with Warehouse SOPs and maintain a safe working environment.

· Assist the Finance team with reconciling purchase orders and payment discrepancies.

· Maintain presentation and organization of the warehouse in accordance with safety standards and customer-ready conditions. 

· Use NetSuite (NS), IntelliTrack, and other related systems to monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.

· Help plan and execute regular cycle counts and full physical inventory for DPT and customer-owned stock.

· Investigate inventory issues and coordinate adjustments with the Logistics Manager and Finance team.

· Promote inventory integrity and ensure all inventory is accounted for.

1+ years of warehouse experience, distribution center, logistics or inventory experience (preferred but not always required). 

Experience using warehouse equipment 

Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes preferred

Experience working in fast-paced environments

Experience with ERP or warehouse software systems preferred

Forklift certification preferred but not required


General Environment and Physical Demands  

The Warehouse Associate position requires the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to designated weight limits (e.g., up to 50 pounds), stand and walk for extended periods, and regularly bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday. The role also requires manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, as applicable. Employees must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions, visually inspect products and shipment documentation, and maintain the physical stamina necessary to perform duties safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Description
$20 to $21/hour
