POSITION SUMMARY
Product release management analyst is part of the Product release team that is responsible for implementing seamless and collaborative process to release/ set up new products with customers in various channels and regions per customer requirements for quick and maximum revenue realization
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run the process to release new products/ part numbers to various channel partners, customers and internal sales and other customers
- Manage the new item communication release
- Populate the various customer portals with relevant information to facilitate customer SKU creation
- Maintain project check list to track and compile work product from various stakeholders to help in successful release of new products
- Manage key KPIs related to this process
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills required)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience combined in project management, product management, engineering or research, ideally in the automotive aftermarket or industrial distribution.
- Proven track record in process improvement, project management, managing new product releases and product launches.
Product Knowledge
- Familiarity with automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, or adjacent sectors (e.g., industrial goods, e-commerce B2B/B2C) is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of product and catalog management tools

- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, performance scorecards, and KPIs.
- Able to operate in a fast-moving, matrixed, and remote-first environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to business strategy.
- Experience working with data and content via various systems/formats including ERP, PIM, ACES/PIES and TecDoc.
- Proficiency in product and project management tools, MDM platforms, and data analytics.
- Strong experience in data governance, master data clean-up, and ownership frameworks.
- Change management experience, particularly in transitioning from decentralized to centralized models.
