Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits.
- Manage inventory and assist in marketing efforts to promote available vehicles.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with leads to drive sales.
- Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and retail sales background
- Ability to engage in outbound sales and support
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management is a plus!
- Knowledge of marketing and retail math principles is also a plus!
Salary Description
$45,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
