Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present vehicle features and benefits.
  • Manage inventory and assist in marketing efforts to promote available vehicles.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up with leads to drive sales.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements

 

Qualifications

  • Strong public speaking and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and retail sales background
  • Ability to engage in outbound sales and support
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management is a plus!
  • Knowledge of marketing and retail math principles is also a plus!





Salary Description
$45,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
