Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a full service dining environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a cohesive team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Experience with inventory management systems and scheduling tools
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bar ordering an inventory
