ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform machine set-up, operation, and maintenance according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure specifications are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production
- Assist other operators and team members as required
- Follow safety rules and regulations at all times
- Report any incidents, accidents, or malfunctions to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Coordinating with other operators, technicians, engineers, and managers to ensure smooth operation of the facility or plant
- Proven experience in operating different machinery
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for operating different machines
- Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality control
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work assignments and schedules
