What You’ll Do as a Bilingual Service Advisor:

  • Be the Face of Service: Greet customers warmly, listen to concerns, and guide them through their service needs in both English and Spanish.
  • Consult & Recommend: Clearly explain vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations to customers, building trust and ensuring understanding.
  • Write Repair Orders: Accurately translate customer concerns into work orders for the service technicians.
  • Keep Clients Informed: Maintain open, proactive communication throughout the repair process—updates, timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Deliver Quality: Ensure all work meets Kunes’ high standards of safety, quality, and performance.
  • Build Relationships: Encourage repeat business by fostering loyalty and creating a positive service experience.
  • Support CSI Goals: Address customer issues quickly to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.


Requirements

  What You Bring:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required – able to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in the automotive service industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and service workflows a plus.
  • Comfortable using dealership management systems and other standard software tools.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Great multitasker with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • High school diploma or GED; technical training or certifications a bonus.
