First Capital Bank is currently seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to support and mature the Bank's current Vendor Program and processes. The Vendor Management Specialist will be responsible for managing vendor issues to remediation, completing quality assurance functions, and executing vendor and SOC reviews. This will include facilitating relationships with the business and vendors while providing robust and challenging insight. The role facilitates back-office support for the Vendor Management process, to include issue identification and subsequent assistance with execution of the appropriate action plan. Responsibilities include assisting in maintaining the software used to manage the Vendor Management process.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- A four year degree from an accredited institution
- At least 4 years of professional experience working within an information security technology, cyber, operational, engineering, or consulting team
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of required security controls and processes within systems and networks.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in a procurement, vendor management, and/or business analysis role
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
- Collect and review due diligence documentation, to include: contracts and renewals; SOC I, SOC II, SOC III; financial documents; state and Federal filing documentation as applicable; any Cybersecurity breach or compromised information documentation during contract term
- Maintain contract renewal process to allow internal partners to renegotiate or terminate contracts.
- Maintain financial regulations within Vendor Management application (Application Administration), including creation of new reports and user fields, establishment of new workflows, maintenance of user access levels, and uploading large quantities of data
- Adhere to Vendor Management policies and procedures and support First Capital Bank in following process requirements.
- Work directly with key business leaders to facilitate vendor risk analysis, risk management processes, and obtaining evidence of controls
- Support preparation and execution of internal and external audits of the Vendor Management process
- Assist in maintaining all Vendor Management procedures and education materials

- Must have advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook

NOTE: This is not a remote-eligible position. Applicants not currently located in the Charleston metro area must be prepared to relocate in order to be considered for the position.

- Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer in a general office environment
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and stooping is required
