About the Role:

This is a remote, home-office-based position. However, you must reside within the assigned metro area to support local travel to sites.


We are seeking a high-performing Dealer Services Agent with a strong background in F&I and automotive dealership operations to join our elite team. This is a remote, territory-based role where you will build relationships with franchise, independent, and highline/luxury auto dealerships, sell F&I products, and drive high-volume deal closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to franchise, independent, and highline/luxury auto dealerships in the Dallas, TX area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with general managers, finance directors, dealer principals, and decision-makers.
  • Close 10-12 deals per week using consultative sales, menu selling, and deal structuring skills.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while growing your dealership network.
  • Operate independently without micromanagement, driving consistent market penetration and revenue growth.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in F&I, dealership operations, or automotive sales (franchise or independent dealer experience preferred).
  • Proven success in high-volume deal closings and strong per-unit profitability (PVR).
  • Deep knowledge of F&I product sales, dealer finance, and lender relations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - ability to self-manage, prospect, and expand dealership accounts.
  • Highly competitive, results-driven, and comfortable handling rejection in a high-stakes sales environment.
  • Ability to work remotely and operate independently.

Compensation & Career Growth: This is a performance-based sales role with a base guarantee during your initial ramp-up period and uncapped commissions thereafter.

  • $5,000/month base for your first 90 days
  • After ramp-up: 100% commission-based compensation
  • Top agents earn $100K–$150K+ annually (and we’ll support you in getting there)
