Facilities Worker
Reports to: Facility Director
Campus: Blue Oaks
FLSA: Non-exempt
Job Status: Part-time, at will, includes holidays, weekends, and evenings
General Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks centered on the setup and teardown of classrooms and meeting rooms, including the worship center, used to conduct ministry and events approved for outside groups.
- Assist ministry representatives with facilities-related matters as work priorities permit, including transferring ministry supplies between buildings and retrieval from storage.
- Assist in maintaining orderliness and appearance of campus and office premises, including classrooms, meeting rooms, storage facilities, and exterior grounds.
- Assist in staff offices/campus security – verifying all outside entrances are secure and locked as directed by supervisor.
- Assist in performing clean-up as directed to support contract custodial services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
