About the Role
Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Adult Day Program team. In this role, you will supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure high-quality services and daily experiences for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support 10 to 15 DSPs in delivering meaningful day services
- Oversee daily program operations including activity planning, scheduling, and safety
- Monitor engagement and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to implement vocational and recreational opportunities
- Provide coaching, feedback, and crisis support as needed
- Ensure the program space remains safe, clean, and organized
- Participate in meetings, training, and on-call rotation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a direct care setting
- Three or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid Florida driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and support individuals with physical needs
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic documentation systems preferred

This is a full-time, on-site position located on the Parc Center for Disabilities campus in St. Petersburg, Florida. Normal hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. On-call duties may apply.
