Education Administrative Assistant and Neurofeedback Technician

PRIMARY FUNCTION/PURPOSE

Create educational material for clinicians and mental health workshops.  

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Create educational material (i.e., PowerPoints) for physicians and mental health workshops on a variety of topics (i.e., Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, QEEG, Psychology, Diversity, etc.).  
  • Consult with PhD educators on new content/consultation.  
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to connect and build rapport with educators and clients in person or over the phone.

  • Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. 
  • Good attendance and punctuality.  

PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Must possess a high school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. 
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a medical office setting, healthcare, or related field.  

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS 

  • Required: Valid state Driver’s License 
  • Preferred: Automobile insurance with reliable transportation  

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Competent use of computer systems and basic typing skills. 
  • Proficient in clerical/administrative skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite. 
  • Proficient with ZOOM. 
  • Proficient with typical office equipment: computer, copier, telephone, fax, and scanner.  

COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS 

  • Effective communication abilities to interact via phone, email, and/or in-person with all stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.  
Salary Description
$18/hr
