As an Apprentice Painter, you’ll assist in preparing surfaces and applying various painting techniques to deliver a high-quality final product. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Job Duties

· Prep surfaces and materials for painting

· Apply paint using the appropriate techniques and tools

· Follow detailed instructions and company standards

· Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times

· Provide exceptional service to clients

· Ensure all work meets company quality expectations

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· At least 2 years of experience in painting (apprenticeship or on-the-job)

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to safely climb and carry ladders

· Reliable transportation to and from job sites

· Strong attention to detail and time management

· Ability to follow directions and work both independently and in a team

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
