In this high-impact role, you will be the calm in the storm for individuals and families at Concord Hospital. Working as part of a world-class multidisciplinary team, you will assess, stabilize, and support patients in the emergency department, providing critical care when it matters most. This position is a 4pm to 12am rotating schedule.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide 24/7 Crisis Support: Deliver expert clinical assessments and stabilization for individuals presenting to the Concord Hospital Emergency Department.
  • Collaborate with Pros: Work side-by-side with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and specialists in a hospital-based setting.
  • Drive Positive Outcomes: Use your clinical expertise to navigate complex crisis situations and help families find a path forward.

Requirements

  

What We’re Looking For:

  • A "cool under pressure" mindset and a passion for emergency behavioral health.
  • The ability to work effectively within a fast-moving, multidisciplinary hospital environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
  • Eligibility for NH License such as LCMHC, LICSW or LMFT required. 
  • Will require prompt completion of Concord Hospital's Credentialing application process is required.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.  
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a mental health treatment environment preferred.
  • Experience working with adults and/or a forensic population preferred.
  • Availability for night, weekend and non-traditional hours required.
