We are looking for a dedicated and skilled General Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel operating smoothly and looking its best. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment throughout their stay. 

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces (e.g., plumbing, lighting, HVAC, furniture, drywall, and painting).
   
• Respond quickly to guest requests and reported issues with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
   
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, emergency equipment, and facilities to ensure safety and efficiency.
   
• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
   
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of maintenance shop and storage areas.
   
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and front desk teams to address guest and operational needs in a timely manner.

•  Prior maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or similar facility strongly preferred.
   
• Basic knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
   
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
   
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
   
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
   
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
   
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
