This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role where you’ll create memorable experiences for families, kids, and groups.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service / Front Desk / Events

  • Greet guests and manage check-ins 
  • Explain attractions, pricing, and packages 
  • Support birthday parties and group events 
  • Answer questions and resolve guest concerns 
  • Assist with retail, food service, and upselling 

Attractions / Entertainment

  • Operate attractions (VR, escape rooms, climbing walls, arcade) 
  • Deliver safety instructions clearly and confidently 
  • Guide guests through experiences 
  • Monitor equipment and maintain safety standards 
  • Keep energy high and guests engaged
