Job Title: RN/LPN - Full Time Dayshift

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full-time dayshift basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Monitor and assess patient health status, documenting changes and communicating with the healthcare team.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness practices.

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.

- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Current RN or LPN license in good standing.

- Previous experience in a nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
