As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are building out a team of Regional Sales Directors who will play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.   


Position Summary: SureCo is seeking a dynamic, seasoned Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth through the broker and/or consultant channels. This is a pure hunter role for a high-performing sales leader who thrives in complex environments and has deep experience building channel relationships. As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from education and analysis to strategic contribution design and contract execution. You'll serve as the go-to ICHRA expert and play a key role in building the SureCo brand in your region through events, partnerships, and thought leadership. 


Responsibilities:  

  • Build and manage a referral-driven broker channel. Identify, develop, and nurture broker and consultant partnerships to generate new logo opportunities. 
  • Educate and activate partners. Provide training and thought leadership on ICHRA and SureCo’s platform. 
  • Own the full sales cycle. Manage all aspects of the deal—from prospecting to final contracting. This includes: 

                  Running financial analyses 

                  Designing employer contributions                   Explaining plan mechanics                   Leading strategic discussions with stakeholders 
  • Expand regional market presence. Represent SureCo at industry events, seminars, and symposiums. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert. Stay current on healthcare legislation and trends impacting ICHRA and employee benefits. 
  • Hit revenue targets. Deliver consistent performance against assigned quota and pipeline metrics. 
Requirements

 

What We Are Looking For: 

 

Must-Haves: 

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in enterprise-level or complex consultative sales. 
  • Proven track record of President’s Club or top-performer accolades in at least 50% of sales years. 
  • Experience selling through brokers or channels, particularly in: 

                 Payroll solutions 

                 Benefits administration (ben admin) 

                 Stop-loss/self-funded plans 

                 Reference-based pricing (RBP) 

  • Ability to educate, influence, and challenge partners with innovative ideas. 
  • Professional presence and communication skills—able to represent SureCo with credibility to executives and industry peers. 
  • Strategic mindset with creativity in solving partner and client challenges. 
  • High degree of autonomy and accountability. 

Nice-to-Haves: 

  • Previous ICHRA knowledge. 
  • Experience launching new concepts or solutions in emerging markets. 

What We Offer 

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions:

                  1st year OTE $280,000 

                   2nd year+ OTE $400,000
